Hello Julie, I am 4 months post op from my wls. I would love someone to email back and forth on experience and support. Im kind of in need of support at this time :(. Its really hard once the first few months are over with. Im not doing to much of the "bad choices" but I have had a few chips and a couple of cookies this holiday season, and Im feeling very guilty about it. :( Hope all is well with you.
