Yes... I started in the 270's range and ended in the 240's range... so lost weight while pregnant and had a healthy little boy...

Hello. I got pregnant 5 months post op. I was 269 at surgery and 185 when I got pregnant. I lost weight through the pregnancy down to 160. After childbirth, I lost down to 128 which is my current weight (almost 2 years after surgey and almost 1 year after the birth of my son). I gave birth to a healthy baby boy!
