The dumping syndrome is your bodies reaction to high concentrations of
sugars. Possible symptoms are upset stomach, dizziness and diahrea. The
reaction is very quick once you eat or drink something high in sugar.

It can include any or all of: dry mouth, cold hands & feet, dizziness,
inability to concentrate, extreme sleepiness, nausea, heart palpitations,
gas & bloating, maybe diarrhea. Rarely does it include vomiting since
the offense does not occur til the food leaves the pouch and hits the
intestine. It usually hits very soon, with in 10-15 minutes and lasts
about 30-45 min. BUT the gas can last for hours and the D can hit much
later. Or not. I've had dumping episodes that left me shivering with cold
and feeling worse/weaker than the initial dumping. And people wonder why I
obsess about sugar. LOL!
