Angela, I am a self-pay with Dr. J. Ken Champion out of Atlanta, GA. He deals with 2 hospitals in the area and I am sure his office can tell you if payment plans are available. Just go to www.drchampion.com for info and phone numbers. My total for lap RNY was $18,700. There may also be Drs. in Tennessee who deal with hospitals which have payment plans.
