Question:
Breast measurement
Wondering on a proper Breast measurement if you have large sagging breasts....and the only type of bras are the sports bra that also leave sagging in the breasts...do you still just measure over your clothes across the middle of your chest? — Aubint (posted on July 17, 2011)

I would suggest going to specialty shop that will measure and fit you. It
will feel freaky but be most effective.

I do believe Carmella is correct, I would go to get fitted by an expert.
Well, I had a breast augmentation 10 days ago, after I lost 130 lbs, my
boobs were like small prunes. I went to a plastic surgeon that specializes
in gastric bypass patients, and I am so glad I did, my breasts are simply
gorgeous!!!!!

I know your dilema, I went from a 48 DD to a 36 D (Ive been working them
out really good in order to build muscle hence not to much sagging)but
yould never measure over your clothes, measure across your chest and right
above your ribcage (right under your boobies) I you wand to get an accurate
reading go to your nearest mall into victoria secrete and ask one of the
sale girls to will give you measurememnt reading they dont mind and its
free...lol

A word of caution...I went to a Lane Bryant store to get measured...the
girl was wayyyy off. She wanted me to buy a G cup--which, with the sagging
of my breasts...did not fill the top part of the bra. Don't be afraid to
ask for an experienced bra fitter--this gal was young (no offense) and
nervous. I wear underwire bras now...I never used to be able to, but they
are the only thing that give my breasts shape until I decide whether or not
to have them lifted. (Btw--I was a 48 I---now wearing a 38DD)
