I felt dizzy too during that time. I assumed it was bc I was dehydrated
and had nausea really bad. I was having trouble eating and drinking
though. U should call your doc just in case though.

I am there with you. I am 2 weeks post op and when I eat I get clammy,
dizzy and weak. Tonight I had a bad case of it too. I had a little tomato
soup, and some milk w protein added and in no time I was a mess. My blood
sugar hit 228 (very high for me), my pulse raced at 121, and my BP was
137/75. I had to lay down to sleep to get any relief.
I think it may have been what they all call "dumping", but I will
check w the doc tomorrow...I would suggest you do too. Hang in there. Our
bodies are still trying to figure out what we did to them 2 weeks ago.

You need to get your fluids...that happened to me for the first six to nine
months and was told about fluids. Good Luck.

you might want to look into hypoglycemia. I said the same thing and someone
brought it up to me. I researched on google and I seem to have a whole lot
more syptoms that tie in and didnt even realize it. Im going to see my
nutritionist Friday.
