Question:
I have alot of flem regardless of what I eat is this normal ?

I call it the "foamies" I get that when I eat too fast or don't
chew my food good enough. If thats what your talking about. I sometimes
get in that eating mode before my surgery and I forget to slow down and
chew chew chew. And don't drink anything for an hour.. Good luck

Yep! been having this also. And its all due to eating too fast and
quickly...i will learn eventually

I have the same issue 1 year out RNY if I eat to fast or if I forget and
try to drink something too soon after eating.. Just slow down and Chew
till you jaw hurts if it still happens I would talk to your DR...

No, this is not normal. When your body senses that there is food that
needs to be digested, it releases extra saliva to do the job. This will
continue until you either spit the food up, or it pushes through. To
prevent this, take bites the size of a nickel, chew the bite 25 times
before swallowing,and put your fork down between each bite. Eat slowly.
We all have this, we just have to learn how to deal with it. Best of luck!
