Question:
Help, I'm starting to eat too much...
I have noticed in the last of weeks that I can eat a lot more then I should and I'm not really losing. I'm 8 months out of lap RNY. I need some suggestions on how to control my portions and how to stop snacking. My programs says three meals a day and no snacking. — amylbarron (posted on April 8, 2009)

I am only 3 months out of RNY, but I think if you keep constantly sipping
water, you really wont snack because your pouch will be fuller. I want to
snack more when I don't have a water bottle in hand constantly. Good luck!

Try eating more denser protein...It keeps you fuller longer than softer
protein.
