I didn't eat much the first couple of months, and you will gradually be
able to eat more, now I can eat quite a bit more, I am 11 motnhs out, now
at 11 months, I wish I couldn't eat much, I have to watch what I eat now.
hope this helps, and if your preiods are that bad, you may want to check
with a gyn dr. I don't know how old you are, I am 44 and I have a utereus
ablation last june to help me with anemic and horrible periods. Lisa

I am almost 7 mts out and it has only been the last couple of weeks I have
been able to eat anything for breakfast. I know for almost 3 mts I could
never eat as much as my nut recommended and there are times now I still
can't.

It took me a long time to eat much that was very solid. I have found nuts
work ok if I am carful. Don;t worry about not eating enough. Just be sure
you take all the vitamins the doctor says and work on the protien.

Wendy,
I am 9 months post op and just now able to eat one full scrambled egg. In
the beginning, I was lucky if I ate half, so I understand how you are
feeling. Just make sure that you are getting in your protein daily, and
you should be fine. Solid foods are always going to be harder to eat
because they fill you up quicker...I stuck to cream of wheat for quite a
while in the beginning, but the egg will give you more protein. Good luck!

Wendy,
Everyone is different. You might try a few spoonfuls of yogurt if you like
it. It has a lot of protein. Cream of Wheat is also a good choice. Don't
worry it does take time for your body to adjust. Good Luck and God Bless,
