The sugar free is fine, even the fat free has less sugar & calories
than the regular. However, if you carefully measure just 2 tablespoons,
it's okay to even use the regular Coffee-Mate as that's only 10 grams of
sugar. I don't recommend doing it everyday, though, as it's an awful lot
of fat & calories to waste on a drink. This was my toughest challenge
post-op, but now I have my coffee iced every morning and just drink it with
milk, protein powder and some flavored Splenda. I save the Coffee-Mate for
the occassional cup of hot coffee I might want. This keeps my fat intake
on a daily basis down. Hope this helps.

I think it's a body-personal thing. I am almost 3 years post op (wow! has
it been that long?!) and I can't use either the SF or the regular, but can
handle regular half & half. My BFF is 18 months post op and she does
fine with both kinds

I use sugar free and sometimes regular too. I like it all and it seems to
be okay for me, in moderation.
