Question:
Had rny lapband surgery having foam and cant eat much help

I had rny lapband surgery on 9/17/2007and I had to be readdmitted for complete blockage a month later had surgery I am feeling better have I have lost a total of 84 pounds and having problems with foam belching and not able to eat over 2 teaspoones maybe 3 is this normal and any advice on anything I can do to help with the problems Thanks Cindy    — toyotawife (posted on November 11, 2007)

It doesn't sound normal to me to lose 84lbs in 7 weeks. 2-3 tsp is way to little. You should call your doctor. I'm no expert but that's my opinion.

Eight -our pounds is a lot to loose in two months. I would worry about malnutrition. Sounds lilike you need to the the nutritionist. For the foaming, my doctors says drinking a cup of hot tea one hour before eating helps a lot of peope with the foamng. I hope things get better for you.
