Question:
Does anyone do walk away the pounds for their exercise?
My weight hinders my ability to do what used to do like walk several miles. I've justs started doing walk away the pounds 1 mile. Anyone else do this. I'm pre-op hoping to have surgery in July or August. — Julie H. (posted on June 12, 2007)

All I do is walk! I've lost 190 lbs. in 14 months - surpassed goal. I
walk but am now concentrating mostly on toning b/c of the loose skin.
Swimming is good too - works all the muscles in your body and puts no
pressure on joints like ankles and knees. Water aerobics is fun. Best
wishes for a successful surgery and healthy journey!!! ~Sarah in VA

Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds is the next best thing to sliced
bread!!!! I don't eat it any more!!! It's THAT great. Good Luck. You go
girl. I use it everyday. They have it for the elderly, 1 mile, 2 miles,
etc. Get the elderly, begin, and work up to one mile. You don't even need
more miles. RNY surgery, proximal, June 23, 2003. Lost 133 punds. Kept it
all off but 10 pounds, and I went down way tooooooooooo low anyway!!! Kathy
