I had a similar problem when I was about 4 weeks out and went in for all
kinds of tests on my gallbladder...ended up that I had an ulcer in my
stomach :( I was ptu on prevacid and mylanta which made all of the
difference in the world and Im 100% better now :) I felt better within a
matter of hours actually. Call your Dr and tell them whats going on with
you and dont let youself suffer..thats what they are there for :)
Best of luck :)

I agree, you should contact your doctor. Another reason you may be feeling
pain is that you may be eating too fast and not chewing your food well
enough.

Make sure you are in communication with your surgeon regarding the strong
cramping feeling. I used to literally feel my insides digest, and the
action would make me dry heave during bowel movements. I did have an ulcer,
but I also later needed a revision because of excess scar tissue, so you
have to be in communication with your surgeons just in case. But if you've
eaten sugary things, perhaps its dumping syndrome. Listen to yourself. And
ask questions. It's safer that way!

How much food are you eating over how much time? How soon are you
drinking?

I used to get that way if I ate something that did not agree with me or ate
too mcuh, or drank too soon after eating or ate too soon after drinking.
Just watch what you eat and eat more slowly. I still get
"gurgle" sometimes, that are audible without a stethoscope!
