Go on a one week all protien diet... that means your protien shakes as many as you can adding the foods with protien in it Nothing else ... no other foods ... you should start losing again. Good Luck Flo

back tobasics, you will have to increase your activity and give your metabolism a kick start by walking. 40 minutes twice aday together with your protein shakes will do the trick.

It's time to join the Grad list. No guarantee that you'll get the rest of the wt off, but there's also the trick of maintaining the loss you have achieved. What makes you think you cannot lose any more? At 2 years I was still losing. Although not at 12/15 pounds a month, but surely at 3 or 4 pounds a month. Hang in there, I don't think you're done yet (tee hee hee). Good luck, Missy.
