What labs should I have my pcp check

I have an appointment tomorrow and this is my first time seeing this doctor I am not sure of all the labs he should check for so I wanted to know what all should I have him to test for I am 13 months post op thanks everyone    — JENNIFER S. (posted on February 16, 2005)

My List says, CBC BMP CMP Vitamen B-12 Dx 780.79 Folate Iron Dx 280.9 v78.0 275.0 Urinalysis Dx 790.7 791.0 PT and PTT Dx 459.89 Post op Dx v67.0 v67.09 That is what my lab orders look like. Best Wishes

My surgeon pulls labs for a diagnosis of malnutrition (code 263.0) specifically, he gets CBC, Magnesium, Complete Metabolic Panel, Lipid Panel, Iron (Total and TIBC) and Vitamin B12/Folate. This is taken directly from his order for my post-op labs.
