Jennifer, who is requiring these test? The surgeon? I have Tricare Prime
and was not required to do any of the tests you mentioned. I did not have
any tests done besides a sleep study - at my request. My PCM ordered a few
blood tests when I saw him for the referral, but besides those I did not
need anything. Tricare does not require them. I would only do it if that is
what your surgeon will require. Double check with the surgeons office prior
to getting all those referrals from your PCM. Good luck.

like jan said "you don't need them". your doctor will decide what
test you need and all doc's are different. also for some of the test there
is a time limit(blood work only good for 60 days ect..) you pcp won't order
the test for you either just because you want them. the test really don't
take that long either. most times you go to your first visit, then you get
your tests done, go back to the doctor and get your surgery date.
