Here's a few I've heard of: www.n-styleID.com; www.makemethis.com; Walmart
pharmacy; www.americanmedical-id.com; https://www.medicalert.com;
www.laurenshope.com As far as what it should say, what I've seen just
shows "Gastric Bypass Patient - NO NG TUBE"...others have been
more descriptive. All depends on you....Good luck! ***Amy LAP RNY 04-09-03

I found a really pretty one at http://www.laurenshope.com. It says GASTRIC
BYPASS - NO NG TUBE, but they engrave to your specifications.

I have one and I got it from Walgreens...its stainless steel. I took the
bracelet part off of it and made my own (pretty) bracelet for it. Mine
says: Gastric Bypass
DO NOT INSERT NG TUBE BLINDLY. It also as room for my numerous
allergies (morphine, penicillin, codine, silk tape, etc. Plus it also has
my name, city, phone number and blood type. All that for $9.99. It was
delievered right to my house.
