AFTER WLS WHAT HAPPENS TO THE STOMACH THAT IS NOT BEING USED. DOES IT GO TO WASTE I?

The stomach that you're talking about is still used, just in a totally
different capacity then before. Digestive juices still pass through the
'unused' part. Ask your surgeon--my surgeon explained this to me on many
occasions.

hi. I believe someone asked this just before you. I just had LAP RNY 2 1/2
weeks ago and was making sure of this also. All the posters before said
that your stomach still produces stomach acids i believe and gets blood
flow, my answer my be off a bit, but check a few posts before and you can
get some correct answers! :)
