Are two eggs scrambled for breakfast at 2 months post op too much?

If you can tolerate them and they satisfy you, then no, it's not too much.
I believe that an important part of the post-op diet is to eventually learn
to eat whatever you want whenever you want until you're full, just like a
regular skinny person. Now if you eat them and you feel sick afterwards,
then yes it may be too much. I think the key is listening to your body.
Good Luck!

I don't think it is. I was eating two eggs scrambled at 2 months.

Two eggs is perfectly acceptable. As a matter of fact, my WLS doctor said
it would be ideal if his patients could/would eat 6 eggs a day to get in
the good protein. I was never much of an egg eater, now I eat them for
breakfast about 90% of the time.
Just listen to your body. Some days you might get full halfway through
eating something you had been able to eat all of the day before. My
physician's said there is no rhyme or reason to this. Good luck.

I cannot eat 2 eggs at the same time even now (7+ yrs). Part of an egg,
part of toast.

Hi, I agree with the other poster, it depends on how you feel after you eat
them. If you feel fine then do it. I myself, at 7 months out cannot eat
two eggs at one time. I have tried and always wind up having to throw half
of it.

Every morning is one egg sunny side up, and 3 strips of bacon, sometimes
regular sometimes the turkey bacon.
If I eat 2 eggs I get the sick feeling. still cannot handle much in the way
of taost, or breads. I found Corn bread is good when I had Chili the other
night. Go with your gut, on what is acceptable to eat. if it hurts...stop!

This morning I was feeling under the weather and decided to stay at home
from work. My sweet husband fixed breakfast. He fixed those egg things
where you take a piece of bread and put a hole in the middle and fry an egg
in the middle. I ate most of that. But I was stuffed. I know, this is a
lot of fat but I didn't want to hurt his feelings. I am amazed when I watch
him eat. He is 180 lbs and 5'10" but he ate 2 of those with about 6
pieces of bacon! I find myself amazed at what the normal world can put in
the body. How quickly we forget! By the way, the perfect breakfast for me
is a small banana. It fills my tummy/pouch and provides needed potassium.
Too bad it has no protein!!!! Your body will tell you if you are eating
too much. Just listen to your body. And stop when you get that "not
another bite" feeling. Or stopping before you get that feeling is an
even better idea.

I can eat 2 egg whites, but not 2 whole eggs. I had surgery 10/21/02. I
like to cook them, 2 egg whites "fried" (just use some pam) and
sometimes I add a bit of cheese.

Really runny will allow you to eat more than rubbery. Depends on how you
like your eggs.
