Question:
Does anyone have any tummy tuck appeal letters I can see?
Amos Members Good Morning. This is a great day today. The Lord woke me up yet another day and I will bless him all this day and be productive in this day. I am now in the process of appealing my pre dermination of my abdominalplasty. I had hope at the end of the tunnel this morning. I asked the Lord before I got out of my bed, I said, "Lord, Please don't let me be discouraged today. Please hold my strength. Allow this day to be productative and hopeful". You know, he has done just that. It has been hopeful. I got on the phone with my doc's office and spoke to them. They did what they could on their end. So, I called my insurance carrier (Guradian PHCS) to find out what can be my next step. Guradian told me that I can appeal the determination letter. And it is hope that Guardian will pay for it. SO that's HOPEFUL. She stated to me what i needed to do. She said the more information I send them the better. She also told me what the doctor letter should state. I gave that to my doctor's office. She told me that I can have this be a EMERGENCY PRE DETERMINATION because the surgery date is so soon (july 9th now or july 12th) so she said they will look at it within 24-48 hours. That's HOPEFUL. Sooo my question to any of you wls patients, Do any of you have any good appeal letters for the tummy tuck? If so, would you be so kind to send them to me. To give me a guideline. I will use some of what you say and add my own spice to it. I would be so appreciative.
