Question:
Does anyone know anything about Union Care????

I'm about to get on Union Care and I've never heard anything about it. It's kind of scarey!!! Has anyone heard anything good or bad about the insurance & WLS? I can't find the company anywhere on this site.    — [Anonymous] (posted on June 7, 2001)

If it is UniCare it sucks! I am not sure if Union Care and UniCare are the same, but My son is on only because it is cheap and he is young. They keep raising the rates and they switched me from a 0 deductible to a $500 deductilbe and did not tell me until my son got sick. They said they sent out booklets and later admitted they had run out and were waiting on the next batch. As soon as my job offers dependent coverage that I can afford he is off! Good Luck.
