Will you have dumping syndrome if only 75 cms. is bypassed?

Is this unique to the individual, or what? I am having a revision from VBG to RNY and my surgeon bypasses 75 cms. I was just wondering if I would dump with this little bypassed? Thanks for the help!    — Michele :. (posted on April 30, 2001)

Yes, you can still dump. I dump and only had approx. 20cm's bypassed. JMarie
