Question:
Differant chat rooms.1.)approval insurance issuess.2.)Pre-Op 3.)Post-Op 4.)everyone

Seems to me. We need more chat rooms. One room for insurance approvals and waiting games ya know that feeling, Two for Pre-opps when they have there dates and stuff. Three Post-ops. and Fourth room for everyone to go into and see whats up. WHAT DO YOU THINK. chat room has really been busy and I have noticed some questions are not be answered. More Chat rooms? I agree with Deb, the chat room is so busy I can't keep up with it. I have a hard time reading that fast much less typing that fast. I would like to get on and talk but my typing skills are not as advanced as most of the other folks in there. Maybe we could add a room for those of us who are still new to the computer/chat room thing :<)

I agree. The first time I was in the chat room, I could not keep up. It seemed that the focus of WLS was not there as much as it should be. I may be wrong, but my questions where not really answered, and even if they were, it was so busy, the answer was buried.

I would be all for multiple chat rooms. I know that when I get on, everyone is talking about so many different subjects that it is hard to keep up. With different chat rooms for different things, then we could go to the one that we are most interested in.

There is a definate need for more chat rooms. Different rooms for different stages. The room is so crowded with everyone trying to walk over everyone else. Suppose multi-chat rooms will come to be? I for one sure hope so.

Well, I guess it depends on your opinion of the "Chat Room's" function. Is it there to "chat", or is it there to "inform"? If you go there in the evening, you better be prepared to "just chat", and not expect a lot of insightful information to be dispensed. There are "slower" times of day when you may be more successful at gaining knowledge. However, that said, I agree that maybe one room can be for "old acquantinces" who have been chatting for months (years??), and are inquiring about their son's baseball game, and another room for "newer people" to obtain guidance, support, and information. Note this 2nd room cannot be filled with just newbies, as there would be no experienced people there to dole out the answers. Maybe they can "re-name" the Unmoderated Chat Room to be the "Q and A Chat Room". Although I am 1 year post-op, I'm much more comfortable in a room that is answering questions than one that is talking about someone's weekend trip to Wal-Mart. Good idea, I just hope the "solution" is well thought out before it is implemented. Kevin
