Question:
I am 8 days post-op and I would like to know how long should I wait until

I waited 2 weeks before I weighed myself. I wanted to have all the fluid that they put in me at the hospital gone before I weighed. At 3 weeks I had lost 29 pounds forever. Good luck.

You are your own "boss" when it comes to the scales. Weigh as much or as little as you like! Remember that we do hit plateaus & some come a few weeks after surgery for some people. Good luck!
