Question:
Has anyone had luck with a product that lessens loose skin? (face too)
Hi - I'm 4 months postop and have lost 55 of the 100 lbs I hope to lose. Yeah - Yeah - Yeah. I'm wondering if anyone has found any products that at least help with loose skin. My face has slimed down and now I have some loose skin below my chin. Has anyone tried a Retina-A product or anything else that has helped? I also have bad saddle bags at the top outside and inside of my thighs. They go away when I lay down on my side (or just move). There are creams that say they tighten skin but I was wondering if anyone had seen any effect by using them. Thanks so much. — Marilyn M. (posted on February 15, 2001)

Marilyn, body wraps are great for loose skin. Of course, you have to find
an actual shop that truly gives you a body wrap and not the ones that do
nothing and it's all a gimmick. An organic body wrap guarantees inches
lost and tightens the skin. I'm only 4 weeks post-op, but a friend of mine
received body wraps through her weight loss journey and she proved it to
me. I'm going to start with my wraps next month. Hope this helps.

I used Shea Butter during and after pregnancy at the suggestion of a
dermatologist. It improves the skins elasticity. Also was told to
increase your intake of Biotin and Vitamin E. And believe me, it worked
wonderfully, I don't have the stretch marks that I thought I should have
had (none on my abdomen) You can now purchase it at bath and body works.
