Question:
Has anyone had the openeing stretched only once?

Hello I am vomiting becasue the opening to my tummy is to small. I am having it stretched tomorrow with the balloon. I wanted to know if anyone out there had this done and it worked the first time? meaning you didnt have to have it done 4 or 5 times in order for it to stay open?    — Lisa W. I had the same problem about 3 months post-op. I'm now 9 months post-op, and no problems since. Best wishes!

Five times in the first 3 months did the trick for me! Don't sweat it though... it's really not all that bad.

Yes, I had it done two weeks ago due to vomiting. The procedure was not bad at all but am now starting to worry myself into a frenzy because NOW I can eat. I am really worried that they stretched my opening toooo much, Can they do that and could it be fixed if they did?
