Maybe you need to call your dr and have your labs done. There could be a
few reasons as to why you are so tired, low protein intake, low iron, or
maybe you need a b 12 shot just to name a few. Call your dr asap so that
you can begin to feel normal again. Good luck

I was right there with you!! I am now 12 weeks post-op and do pretty ok
all day...by 7-8 at night I am wiped out though. Hopefully Avalee will see
your question and post. I forget her last name or I would tell you to go
to her page. She has some info on "hibernation syndrome" It was
very very true.

Jackie,
I also have fibromyalgia..and I was sooooo tired at 4 weeks...now I am
officially at the 3 month mark, but..I gotta tell you I had an awful flare
up recently. So, it could be the FM. Also, I found when I increased my
protein..it not only helped boost the weight loss..(especially if I was in
a small plateau), but..it helped with my energy level. Consult your doctor
to be on the safe side, that's why he/she is there...but, try and get in
more protein and rest when needed, okay? Much love, Terri

OK, are you getting in your 64 oz of water? Even slight dehydration can
make you feel like a wet noodle! Minimum 60g of protein supplement, not
milk, not CIB, not Boost, not Ensure--- real protein supplement? How much
sugar are you taking in? If you are getting not enough to go into a full
dump (heart palpitations & all that), you might be getting just enough
to give you terminal sleepies. The psuedo-protein products above are
LOADED with sugar and many of us do not tolerate them well.
