Has anyone had success with Alliance PPo/United Health & Welfare Fund appr. surgery?

No Actually I have had a fit with them I meet NIH guidelines I have mant comorbidities and they have denied me twice because of " not enough documentation of supervised diet attempts" Evidently they require documentation that you have been on a medically supervised diet for 6 of the last 12 months. I had evidence but they did not feel it was strong enough. I am in 3rd level appeal which will go to board of TRUSTEES of associated administrators but they do not meet again until July 12th Feel free to contact me if you want to talk at [email protected]
