Question:
WHERE IS THE RESTAURANT CARD LOCATED?

I need the restaurant card. I tried to get to it by following the website address that Ava and others have available and I can't find it. Is there an easy way that I can get to it?    — kathy S. (posted on August 29, 2000)

Go to the GALLRTY page and it is on the right hand side under RECENT ADDITONS (by the pictures flashing)

I was told that Dr Wright also gave a resturant card when you go back for a visit after surgery. I think they said that it was when you could start on a soft diet. Good luck. Teresa
