I am sure there may be one or two out there. But I think you will find the
majority of people who have had the surgery do not regret it and would do
it all over again if they had to.
I also would like to know if the is anyone who regret it. Think we may
have a wait. Really dont think there are many. Avis Gandy

Like so many, my regret is that I didn't do it 20 years sooner! I was 44
when I had surgery, and spent all those years, miserable! And, in fact, I
DID do it again. Having had an older model of surgery, my staple line
disrupted and I had a revision earlier this year. It's been 6 years (since
my original) and I'm healthier than I ever was pre-op. My husband was
heavy only for about 7 years, but even so he'd do it again, too. He's 5 yrs
post-op.

MY 1st noc of surgery was awfully bad. Once they found the right pain med
it got better. It eas not an easy deal, I had one 15 yrs ago. I knew there
was no other way for me to lose wt. You"ll feel better in a couple
weeks esp when you start losing God bless Shirley C,,
