Question:
Will the depo-provera birth control shot effect my RNY surgery?

I'm not sure what kind of surgery you are speaking of but I had WLS in 1979 (jejunoileal bypass) and my gynecologist says that the depo shots are best for me, partly due to my inherited hypertension. I've been on the shot for about two years now and virtually have no periods. Joy!
