Question:
OK water is boring me...

I need substitutions... I've read that tea, coffee and crystal lite can count towards water intake... anything else?    — California J. (posted on March 10, 2000)

Water, tea, koolaid, coffee, sugar free country time lemonade, Crystal Lite, V8 juice, sugar free juice, baby juice like, white grape, that is really good and sugar is from grapes not added sugar.. All liquids counts as intake even broth, Jell-O and protein shakes..

I've gotten pretty tired of water too. I drink flat Fresca and Diet 7up. Either one of these in a tall glass with ice is very refreshing and I hardly miss the bubbles. You do have to plan ahead though, since it takes time (and a little shaking) to get soda flat.

Jo: I ran across this at Walmart a while back "ICE Botanicals" Sugar free, Fat free, stavia sweetened, no carbonation, absolutely no calories.
