Question:
Can anyone tell me about throat pain?

I'm three days post-op and my throat is killing me! My surgeon said one of my vocal cords is swollen. It feels like I have a tennis ball in my throat and it's very difficult to swallow. So far, it doesn't seem to be improving. Has any one else had something similar to this and if so, how long did it last?    — Morgan B. (posted on December 11, 1999)

Morgan If i remember right i think i had a sore throat for about 2 weeks.
