Staples causing alarms to go off!

I am 4 mos postop and just recently passed thru several airport security checkpoints with no problems. I have 4 rows of staples that I thought would cause a problems at the airport, but no whistles went off. Hope this answers your question about staples causing alarms to go off at airports.
