dr.fobi in bellflower does plastic surgery...i don't know if he will do only plastic surgery...he does not do face but all "body repairs"...he is very good...he did my pannilectomy (tummy tuck) and it is fabulous...

I used Dr. Susan Downey. She practices at USC University Hospital in LA. She did my tummy tuck & breast. I know she's done surgery on people who were post-op & in the process of losing weight.
