Are there questions that you wish you had asked in your first evaluation?

Hi. In response to your question regarding your first consultation: I researched the net for two months when I first thought about having the surgery. If you do searches and put in words like Roux N Y surgery, Gastric Bypass Surgery, Weightloss Surgery or Mini Gastric Bypass you will find Hundreds of sites that have both info and many have before and after pictures and some sites will direct you to more sites. Sit back with a cold drink and surf away. I was so inspired by the before and after pictures that some made me cry... When I went for my consultation I took a two inch file with me and showed the doctor all the info I had collected and he said he was very impressed that I did my homework! I may even be helping construct a Website for his office! The only questions I have now (my surgery is scheduled for May 26th) will be answered by people I'll be seeing the day before like the anesthesiolgist etc....PS At the site www.clos.net they even have a movie and slides about the actual surgery!
