Question:
Is it safe to take 2 Sennakot-S tablets daily?

It is the ONLY thing that works for me. I have tried Fiber One, tons of veggies, Triscuits, more water, ect. Hopefully it is not to harsh for daily use. My Doc says don't worry about it.    — Julia B. (posted on August 13, 2005)

Yes, 2 Senokote tablets a day are fine. That is what my PCP put me on a year ago and I do just fine.

I've been using the Citracell tablets and when things really won't move, Phillips Milk of Magnesia which is not habit forming.
