Has anyone had United Healthcare approve a tummy tuck after losing 100+ lbs?

Your excess skin must cause you functional (or "physiologic") problems: rashes, infections, ingrown hairs, open sores that don't heal in spite of creams or powders or antibiotics. This must all be documented by visits to a doctor for these issues. Back pain, if treated by a variety of methods (therapy, massage, meds, chiropracter) and documented carefully can also help get approval. Photographs of irritated skin are an important part of documentation. A PS dedicated to helping yo colelct and guide this process is essential. Expect at least soem out-of-pocket expenses.
