anyone w/anthem ppo of VA approved for DS?

I was looking to see if anyone was approve by Anthem PPO of Va for DS surgery and if so was the lenghen of the common channel that was left/    — S.L. (posted on March 4, 2005)

You should ask this question (which I'm not sure I understand) at http://www.duodenalswitch.com/openbb/ or http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/duodenalswitch/ The length of your common channel should be up to your surgeon and you. Are you suggesting that Anthem is trying to dictate the parameters of your surgery? If so, that's OUTRAGEOUS!
