I can't begin to guess the # of hours I've spent on this website. God bless Eric Klein and his 'band of merry men and women' who keep this website active and updated and ever-growing and changing! Likewise, I can't even guess how many others I've recommended to this site. This information helped me to write my PCP's documentation letter, educated me to not fear the gastric bypass surgery but welcome it. This website supported and encouraged me to go through the surgery. And I continue to learn about post-op issues. So much that I'm actually recommending others to share the experience and start it with the Obesityhelp.com website. Many, many thanks to the thousands of members who share their strengths, hopes and weaknesses, recipes, personal thoughts, etc. It is only then that others like myself gain insight to take charge of a healthier, happier life.
