Question:
Does anyone have experience with Vista Healthplan, formerly HPSE?

I have Vista. When I had WLS there was no exclusion I was approved after appeal. Now there is an exclusion. They are very difficult to deal with. You probably will have to go through the appeal process & then do a State Appeal & have the panel review your case. Good Luck.

i have searched for someone who has dealt with vista/hpse...i currently have bcbs of fl and will go cobra until my new insurance (vista healthplan) kicks in, which will be about 3 1/2 months....i was told that vista would pay for the wls, but i have found no one who has had the wls with this insurance...i would appreciate any info you can give me on vista healthplan and please let me know how it goes with your surgery(the insurance approving it or not)..you can email me at [email protected]
