Question:
Zicam? Has anyone taken this for a minor cold pre-op?

My tummy tuck is scheduled for six days from today. I have a minor cold. I wondered if anyone has had success with Zicam or Zinc lozanges to clear up a cold.    — Allison M. (posted on July 28, 2004)

I have used Zicam successfully but you need to start it early. Within the first day, maybe two of your cold. Combine this with Vit C and hopefully you'll be past it by then.
