Question:
Just curious .. is anyone else here following the Body For Life exercise plan?

Body for Life is a progressive intensity workout plan .. it calls for alternating 3 days strength training and 3 days cardio .. (they have an eating plan too but it is common-sense WLS info). It's intense but very effective. I love it.

My sister started the program when I had my surgery (6 months ago) and has lost over 40 pounds. She eats healthier than me and is pretty firm. She swears by it but I can't get past the exercise thing

they have the book at Target and Barnes and Nobles. I've tried it twice, but haven't been able to stick to it, and the myoplex shakes are pretty good
