Question:
Has anyone in Ohio had to deal with Qual Choice POS Ins.?

It's amazing what this site has to offer if you just browse around. I did a little research for you. At the top of each page is a page called "insurers" if you click on that and follow the instructions you will get to an alphabetical listing of all insurers that members in Ohio have dealt with --either approved, denied, appealed etc... With each listing there is the link to the members page and you can see how they are doing post op or even e-mail them your insurance questions. Anyway, what I saw for your insurance type was VERY promising. There are a lot of listings and I don't believe I saw any denials. Of course, all policies are different. Many of the listings included what they were required to have to prove medical necessity.
