Question:
How long is the psych eval good for?

I had my psych eval back in Dec 03. It took a long time for insurance approval. I will be seeing the surgeon again now that I am approved. Will he require me to have another psych eval? My surgery is penciled in for 7-29.    — s A. (posted on June 4, 2004)

i was 1yr.and i just made it in did not have to take another i am doing good have lost 118pds and my year for surgery will be june 12,2004 i go next week for my 1yr.checkup cant wait.good luck .
