Question:
Anyone in Indiana have Medicare A&B have to pay?

Hi, I'm not in IN, however medicare is a federally based program. I'm in Ca, and they covered my surgery in full. I did have a few minor extra cost with my Dr later. I would check the surgeons office first, usually someone there can tell you if they accept medicare, and if not, whom else does. The process is actually easier with medicare. No pre approval, as long as you met a BMI of 40 or over with some health issues, they usually pay just fine. I started my process in Feb, had surgery in May. Hope this helps :)

I live in CA and have Medicare A&B and didn't have to pay anything.
