Can someone give me a sample letter

For a Tummy tuck appeal. I need to write my insurance company and dont know what to say. I have had continue rashes and have 3 doctors saying its medically necessary for me to have this surgery. HELP!!    — Catherine B (posted on May 17, 2004)

Catherine, I have an excellent letter that I received from someone else. It got me approval for a tummy tuck to include liposuction within 2 days of submitting it.
