Question:
I am so afraid I will forget to ask an important question pre-op.
Tuesday, I go to my all day affair with my doc and hospital......... pre-op meeting, labs, hospital registration, etc. While I am sure that lots of things will be covered and that many of my questions will be answered, can you all help me by telling me some things I should be sure to ask? Any and all help would be appreciated from you vets. Thanks! — newjourney04 (posted on February 22, 2004)

Please check out my profile for the list of questions that I asked my doc,
pre-surgery. Good Luck!

I agree, Make a list. I even did this post op. I would show up at my
follow up visits with my surgeon and bring out my list and make sure I had
asked her everything on it. If you do happen to forget something, I am
sure you could call their office and ask any additional questions. My
surgeons nurse handles a lot of the basic question calls, and they always
encourage us to call if we have questions.

WLS Deb has an extensive list on her profile. I know I got here too late
for you, but might help someone else.
