Question:
I need updated information about Kaiser HMO Colorado.

I've seen this asked a million times, but all the information was from a few years ago. I have 2 options: Kaiser HMO Colorado or BC/BS HMO CO. I think I know everything I can about BC/BS, but need NEW info on Kaiser. I called them directly and am still playing the waiting game for a "specialist" to call me back. There are so many negative postings about Kaiser that I'm leery of choosing them. On the other hand, there are a few postings, recently, that have said their approval process has changed and requirements are more lenient than in the past. Can anyone tell me the requirements for approval and more about the current process? I understand that each state and plan can be differnt, so Colorado postings only, please. Tammy: Have you tried looking at the posting on the message board for the Kaiser website. There is a board for gastric bypass and although I think people from all Kaiser regions post there, some folks from Colorado may have the answer for you. I'm Mid-Atlantic but I'm a Colorado native so I just had to answer a question posted by a fellow Coloradoan. :)
