Question:
I just got a new job and I need to chose an insurance company...

my choices are between Cigna (who I was with when I had surgery...they approved it with no problems) and Oxford. I was curious about the approval rate of plastic surgery regarding those 2 companies...If you have had plastic surgery approved by either company, can you help?
